Pea Soup

Cooked peas and groats with smoked meat. Seasoned with crushed garlic, marjoram, pepper, salt and baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

500 g cooked peas 150 g cooked smoked meat 150 g of cooked grits 3 pcs garlic cloves 2 pcs onions majorana lard pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the chopped onion in lard in a roasting pan
2. Add, cooked peas, groats, smoked meat and mix everything
3. Season with crushed garlic, marjoram, pepper, salt
4. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

Recommendation:

Serve warm with pickles.
