Pea soup

ingredients

400 g sterilized peas 5 cloves garlic 400 g potatoes 200 g butter 2 tbsp plain flour 1 tbsp sweet paprika

step

Boil the potatoes with the peas and garlic until soft and season with salt. Finally, thicken with a roux made from plain flour, ground sweet paprika and paprika.
