400 g frozen peas 600 ml vegetable broth 3 slices butter 1 pk mozzarella salt ground black pepper

Place the frozen peas in a deeper pot and cover with the vegetable stock
2.
Bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes.

Drain the broth from the peas and return some of the broth back to the peas.
4.
Add butter slices, torn mozzarella to the peas. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Mix with an immersion stick blender.
6.
Serve as a side dish with fish, meat.
