Pea porridge
ingredients
1/4 kg dry peas 50 g celery 40 g lard 40 g plain flour 1 pk onion a little ground black pepper a little water to taste salt
procedure
1.
Cook the cleaned, pre-soaked peas with the chopped, cleaned celery.
2.
From the lard and flour make a roux, add chopped onion, fry and pour water.
3.
Add to the cooked peas, add salt and boil together. Finally, stir in the spices.
