Pea pan with rosemary and grilled peppers
ingredients
200 g peas 6 pcs red peppers 1 pk onions 3 pcs garlic 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp cayenne pepper 100 ml passé tomatoes 1 sprig fresh rosemary salt oil
procedure
1. Drain the peas that have been soaked overnight and boil in salted water until tender. 2. Meanwhile, roast the peppers for 25 minutes at 200 degrees. 3. When the peppers have cooled, remove the skin and cut the peppers into small pieces. 4. Fry the onion and sliced garlic in oil and add the cayenne pepper. 5. Then add the cooked peas and sliced peppers. 6. Add the passé tomatoes, rosemary and soy sauce. Stir and simmer together for about 10-15 minutes. 7. Season with salt and serve. Enjoy!
