Pea Omelette
Egg mixed with cream, baked in the oven with fried onions and peas.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Fry the cleaned finely chopped onion in oil in a pan suitable for baking in the oven
2. Add the peas, salt, pepper and fry vigorously
3. Add the cooking cream and grated cheese to the beaten eggs and mix
4. Tear the dried ham into pieces and, shortly before the end of baking, evenly load into the pan
6. Remove the finished omelette and cut into portions, garnish with sour cream mixed with chopped dill.
Recommendation:
Serve white bread with this omelette.
