Plates of white pâté coated with pate, soaked in milk and coated in breadcrumbs, fried until golden brown, served for example with steamed Vegetable Recipes.

1. Spread thin slices of the lid with pate
2. Then press two together, dip in milk and coat in fine breadcrumbs
3. Fry immediately in hot fat on both sides until golden brown
4. Serve warm, crispy pavézky with steamed Vegetable Recipes, for example carrots and peas.
