Pastry Flan Without Dough

Here is the recipe for pastry flan without dough, a very light dessert without dough, creamy and smooth with a good flavor of vanilla, easy to make, to serve as a gourmet snack or as a dessert after a garnished dish.
Ingredients for 8 parts:
750 g skim milk (75 cl) 3 eggs 15 g sweetener 90 g cornstarch 1 vanilla bean or 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Preparation:
Cut the vanilla bean in half then scrape out the seeds.
In a saucepan put the milk, vanilla bean and seeds then bring to a boil.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sweetener then add the cornstarch.
Pour the boiling milk over the egg mixture then mix with an electric whisk.
Return it to the pan then heat over low heat, stirring, until the mixture thickens.
Pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper then bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°.
