Pastatimbaali – Recipeivas
The pastel bale brings a change of pace to pastel succulents. Excellent with the Italian meat sauce, Ragu. And, of course, with a glass of Italian red wine.
Ingredients for four
300g dry tube pasta 1 egg 100g French cream 100g Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
Tip: You can add to the pasta dish by sautéing mushrooms, sausages or adding various cheeses.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until crisp.
Lubricate the baking dish and bread the surface. Mix the egg and cream of tartar in a bowl. Grate the parmesan cheese into the mixture.
When the pasta is ready, drain thoroughly and pour into the bowl. Mix with the egg mixture. Pour into the baking dish.
Bake the pasta pasta at 180C for 20 minutes.
After baking, allow the pasta pasta to cool for a while. Serve and garnish.
