Pasta with Zucchini Sauce

Cooked pasta mixed with sauteed zucchini, garlic and sour cream, topped with grated cheese.

Ingredients:

300 g of pasta 250 g cakes 100 g grated cheese 150 ml sour cream 2 tbsp olive oil 6 pcs garlic cloves ground pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water al dente (to the bite), drain it, let it drain and keep it in a warm place
2. Grate the washed zucchini and the skin coarsely, add salt, squeeze out the liquid after 20 minutes, fry half of the zucchini in hot oil, then add the remaining zucchini, peeled, sliced garlic cloves and fry everything briefly
3. Stir the zucchini into the pasta, add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle each portion with grated cheese.
