Pasta with Vegetable Recipes

200 g fusilli pasta (spindles) 1/2 pcs small zucchini 2 handfuls young spinach (leaves) 4 pcs cherry tomatoes 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp butter 100 ml 33% whipping cream salt

The preparation of this pasta takes only a few minutes and is very tasty. It’s a quick and easy meal, plus it’s pretty colourful too.

The first thing to do is to cook the pasta in salted boiling water.

First, cut the zucchini into cubes. Put butter in a pan and saute the zucchini. Add a little salt. Then add about 2 handfuls of baby spinach and thinly sliced garlic. Simmer for a while. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and stir. After about 3-5 minutes, add a little whipping cream and let it boil for 2-3 minutes more.

The cooked pasta can be added straight to the pasta mixture and stirred in.
