Pasta with turmeric pesto recipe
Ingredients

Recipe preparation steps
1 Bring water to the boil in a large saucepan. Meanwhile, wash the cheese, peel the garlic and finely grate the Parmesan. Salt the water, add the pasta, the rolls and the garlic, cover with a lid and bring to the boil.

2 After three minutes, remove the curly leaves and garlic with tongs. Cook the pasta for the number of minutes indicated on the package. Meanwhile, remove the tough stems from the chicory and put it in a food processor. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, a tablespoon of oil, about two tablespoons of pasta water and mix into the pesto.
