Pasta with turkey and pumpkin sauce
ingredients
300 g pumpkin 500 g turkey breast 1 tbsp oil 2 pcs onion 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp plain flour 200 ml sour relish cream to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 pk lemon 1 packet tagliatelle
step
1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and grate the flesh. Wash, dry and slice the meat. Fry it in a frying pan in hot oil. 2. Add finely chopped onion and pressed garlic. Add water and simmer the mixture for about 5 minutes. Then add the pumpkin, season it with salt and simmer the mixture on a low heat for another 20 minutes. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. 3. Mix the flour with the cream, pour it into a small saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add the lemon juice and when the sauce thickens, pour it over the meat. Simmer for another 5 minutes and the sauce and meat are ready.
