Pasta with tuna and peas
Because of the current situation and the fact that it is becoming more and more difficult to shop for fresh products, we are going to propose you some simple recipes to make, with ingredients that are easy to find in canned or fresh. To start we present you the recipe for Tuna and Pea Pasta.
Ingredients for 4 parts:
7 SP – Green / 6 SP – Blue / 1 SP – Purple 200 g raw wholemeal pasta 1 can of tuna au naturel 50 g peas 1 onion 50 g low-fat cream 5% 2 teaspoons olive oil Parsley Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Start by cooking the pasta in boiling water according to package directions.
Slim the onion and fry it in a pan with the oil, then add the previously drained tuna.
Incorporate the cream, add a little chopped parsley, then adjust the seasoning.
Drain the pasta and put it on a plate then pour the tuna preparation on top.
Serve the Tuna and Pea Pasta hot, you can enrich this dish with grated cheese.
