350 g
short pasta from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia
150 g
Italian Speck from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia
150 g
gorgonzola Brazzale from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia
200 ml
cream from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia
1 handful
of almonds or pine nuts
peanut butter from La Formaggeria Gran Moravia
pepper
salt
Procedure:
Put the pasta on to cook.
Dry fry the almonds or pine nuts in a pan.
Slice the speck into strips and fry them in a pan in melted butter until crisp.
Heat the cream over medium heat and put the diced gorgonzola in it.
Mix the cooked pasta with the creamy sauce, top the plate with the crispy speck and toasted almonds or pine nuts.
