Pasta with smoked and wild garlic recipe

4 servings 500 g of pasta of your choice 450 g smoked meat , shoulder, neck or shoulder 200 g of bear garlic 2 pieces of onions large sauce or oil salt ground pepper 5 pcs. Eggs 100 ml of cream or cream

Recipe preparation process

1 Boil the pasta according to the label in salted water, drain and place in a large bowl.

2 Fry the finely chopped onions in a frying pan until lightly browned, add the diced smoked meat and fry some more. Remove from the heat, add the finely chopped bear garlic, stir and add to the pasta. Season the mixture with pepper, salt is usually not needed.
