When it comes to cooking, the most classic recipes are often the best. That’s why even seafood is tastier when combined with tomato sauce. Choose quality ingredients and a light lunch or dinner will be ready in minutes.
1.
Clean and thinly slice the garlic. Chop the chilli into smaller pieces. Heat a frying pan and add olive oil. Add these two ingredients to it and sauté for a while to release the aromas.
2.
Wash the seafood mixture and let it dry a little. Then add them to the pan and sauté them slowly. Add salt and pepper, mix everything together.
3.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Put the capers in the sauce base and saute everything together for a while.
4.
Add the wine and tomato sauce to the base. Stir everything together, season once more and add the herbs.
5.
When the sauce is ready, progressively add the pasta and stir to coat well with all the ingredients.
6.
Decorate the top of the pasta with shavings of Parmesan cheese.
