Pasta with sauce of minced meat, tomatoes and other ingredients

Tomato sauce with ground beef and pork, sliced zucchini, sundried tomatoes, basil and garlic.

Ingredients:

500 g minced meat (pork and beef mixed 1:1) 400 g of suitable pasta (penne, doughnuts …) 400 g of sliced tomatoes 1 tsp mixture of dried herbs (thyme, oregano …) 150 ml of chicken broth 3 pcs of dried tomatoes 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs smaller zucchini 1 handful fresh basil leaves ground pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. Brown the minced meat in a large non-stick frying pan (just about 5 minutes), add the cleaned sliced zucchini pieces, sauté everything for a while
2. Then stir in the peeled, crushed garlic cloves and finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, heat for 2 minutes, add the sliced tomatoes from the can, broth, dried herbs, stir, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil and let bubble gently for 10 minutes
3. In the meantime, cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package, drain and let it drain
4. Serve with the prepared sauce, sprinkled with basil leaves.
