250 g pasta 100 g smoked salmon 1 crucible whipping cream 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 handful dill 1 tbsp butter to taste salt, ground black pepper a little parsley for garnish 8 pcs black olives

1. Cook the pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt and tear the smoked salmon into smaller pieces. 2. Cook the cream over a medium heat until it has lost about a third of its volume. Then add the butter, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped dill. 3. Drain the cooked pasta, do not overcook it in any way, and add it to the cream sauce with the salmon and olives while it is still hot. Serve the finished pasta on plates and garnish with parsley.
