400 g pasta 100 g Lucina cheese 200 ml whipped cream 2 tbsp olive oil 1 pk onion 1 pk broccoli salt colored pepper
procedure
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Break the broccoli into florets and steam. It should remain crisp. 2. Put olive oil in a deeper pan and briefly fry the chopped onion in it. Add the lentils and let them melt. Then add the whipped cream, season lightly with salt and pepper and stir. 3. Add the broccoli and stir again. If the sauce is too thick, thin it with the pasta broth. Finally, add the pasta and mix thoroughly.
