Pasta with beetroot and walnuts

500 g farfalle pasta 250 g beetroot cooked and peeled 2 cloves garlic pepper black ground,salt olive oil lemon juice 1 crucible sour cream walnuts

Cook the pasta in salted water with a few drops of oil to al dente according to the instructions. Slice the garlic. Dry roast the nuts.

Fry the garlic in the oil in a pan, add the cooked grated beetroot. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and finally add the sour cream.

Add the cooked pasta to the beetroot base and mix everything thoroughly and reheat briefly.
