Pasta with bacon and sauce

Cooked pasta (pene, spaghetti …) topped with cream sauce with cubes of fried bacon.

Ingredients:

400 g of pasta (pene, spaghetti …) 120 g of English bacon 2 dl of cream 1 pc onions water salt

Procedure:

1. Boil the pasta in lightly salted water until tender, then drain thoroughly
2. Fry the peeled, thinly sliced onion in oil together with the cubes of English bacon

Recommendation:

Freshly picked mushrooms can be used as an ingredient in the sauce, add the cleaned and chopped mushrooms to the sauce once the onions have been sautéed. The dish can also be garnished with grated cheese and sprigs of green parsley.
