Pasta Salad with Salmon

Cooked pasta tossed with seared salmon, chopped zucchini, tomatoes, olives, orange, basil and yogurt, sprinkled with chopped chives.

Procedure:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water with a little oil, drain it, rinse it with cold water and let it drain
2. Cut the washed tomatoes, cut the rinsed zucchini into pieces, cut the well-washed orange in half, squeeze the juice from one half, peel the other half and cut it into smaller pieces
3. Mix the cooked pasta with the olives, tomatoes, orange pieces, yoghurt, orange juice and finely chopped basil
4. Wash the salmon, dry it, salt and pepper it, fry it in hot oil, remove it from the pan and fry the sliced zucchini in the same oil
