Pasta Rice with Chicken

Cooked pasta rice mixed with roasted chicken, grated parmesan cheese, spinach and basil, topped with dressing.

Ingredients:

400 g of chicken breast 200 g of vegetable rice 50 g baby spinach 40 g parmesan 2 handfuls of fresh basil 4 tbsp of sunflower oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 pcs garlic cloves ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cook the pasta rice until tender according to the instructions on the package
2. Rinse the cleaned chicken breasts, pat dry, cut into pieces and fry in two tablespoons of hot oil on all sides, season with salt and pepper
3. Mix the cooked pasta with the browned meat, grated Parmesan cheese, spinach and finely chopped basil
4. Mix the remaining two tablespoons of oil with lemon juice, peeled and grated garlic cloves and pour the dressing over the pasta rice.
