Pasta gigli with mushrooms

Cooked pasta mixed with a sauce of mushrooms, cream, chicken broth and shallots, topped with parmesan cheese.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package so that it is al dente (to the bite), drain, leave to drain and put in a warm place
2. In a large frying pan, fry peeled, finely chopped shallots in hot oil and butter, add cleaned, sliced mushrooms and porcini mushrooms, thyme and fry for about 8 minutes
3. Finally, add the cooked pasta, stir and serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
Note:
Gigli – a type of Italian pasta in the shape of tapering spirals. It can of course be replaced by other shapes.
