Muffins with figs and prosciutto

Christmas Italian style. Prepare a fragrant Italian-style treat at home. Try this tried-and-tested recipe for sweet muffins with figs and prosciutto.

Ingredients:

200 g of plain flour 100 g of olive oil 80 g of flour ./td> prosciutto crudo 80 g grated pecorino romano cheese (La Formaggeria Gran Moravia) 6 g baking powder 100 ml milk 10 pcs of figs (you can substitute 3 pears) 2 pcs whole eggs pepper salt

Procedure:

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and oil.

Stir in the sifted flour and baking powder, followed by the prosciutto crudo and the figs or pear cut into small pieces.

Finally, stir in the grated pecorino, season with salt and pepper and fill the muffin tins with the resulting batter.

Bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
