Pasta recipe for pasta with mushrooms

If you love mushrooms, this is the dish for you! This pasta dish is full of flavour, and the mushrooms give it a lovely, earthy taste. It’s also very easy to make, which is always a bonus. You can use any type of mushrooms you like for this dish – I usually use a mixture of chestnut and oyster mushrooms. If you can’t get hold of fresh mushrooms, you can use dried ones – just soak them in some water for a few minutes before adding them to the pan.

This dish is best made with a long, thin pasta such as spaghetti or tagliatelle, but you can use whatever type of pasta you like. I like to add a little bit of cream to the sauce, as it really helps to enhance the flavour of the mushrooms. If you’re looking for a lighter option, you could use milk instead.

To make this dish, simply cook the pasta in accordance with the package instructions. Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms in a little oil until they are golden brown. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan with the mushrooms and toss everything together. Add your cream (or milk) of choice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

This dish is perfect for a quick and easy meal. It’s also great for vegetarians and vegans – just leave out the cream (or use a vegan alternative) and it will be just as delicious
