Pasta omelette on beer

ingredients

3 pcs egg 1 pcs tomato 1 pcs tomato 1 pcs green pepper 1 pcs carrot 60 g pasta 1 dl beer olive oil 1/2 pcs chilli pepper salt ground black pepper 1 pcs green onion 1 KL soy sauce

procedure

1. First, cook the pasta (you can use spaghetti or long thick noodles). Since I can’t use wheat flour, I chose corn pasta, but of course you can reach for the classic wheat pasta. 2. Fry onion, cleaned and chopped carrots and peppers in oil. 3. Then add the tomato, 1KL soy sauce, chopped chilli and fry briefly. 4. Scramble the eggs and add 1cl of beer. Stir and pour into the omelette. Reduce the heat and cover the pan. Leave for about 2-4 minutes to make a firm omelette. 5. Finally, sprinkle with more green onions and serve. 6. Enjoy!
