Pasta, leek, mushroom and chicken gratin

Here is the recipe for leek mushroom and chicken pasta gratin, a hearty, and well satiating dish, which you can accompany with a vegetable salad or some fruits for a complete meal.
Ingredients for 6 parts:
400 g whole wheat coquillettes 100 g mushrooms 2 bunches of leeks 400 g chicken breast 200 ml white wine 500 ml low-fat crème fraîche 1 tablespoon olive oil 60 g grated Gruyère cheese Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions, then drain
Wash and slice the leeks and slice the mushrooms, then steam for a few minutes.
Slice the chicken into pieces, then cook it with the olive oil in a sauté pan. Then add the white wine and fresh cream, then the leeks and cooked mushrooms. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
Put the preparation in an ovenproof dish, pour the cooked pasta on top and sprinkle with the grated Gruyere cheese.
Put the leek-mushroom-chicken pasta gratin in the oven and let it cook for about 20 minutes before serving hot.
