Pasta broccoli salad

200 g corn fussily 1 pk broccoli 1 pk carrots 2 handfuls baby spinach 1/2 pk tofu cheese 1 pk red bell pepper 1 tbsp white yoghurt salt ground black pepper
procedure
1. Boil the corn pasta in salted water and steam the broccoli briefly. 2. Grate the carrots and dice the tofu cheese into aspolu and red pepper cubes. 3. Wash and tear the spinach. 4. Place everything in a bowl with the cooked corn pasta and add 1PL of white yogurt. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
