Simplified puree made from blended (previously pressed) unripe tomatoes and other ingredients, great for pizza, meat or pasta.

Procedure:
1. Place the peeled, quartered tomatoes in the blender container along with the basil leaves and black pepper, blend everything for a while
2. In a large frying pan, fry the finely chopped onion in olive oil, add it and the oil to the blender container and blend again for a while
3. Pour the contents of the blender into the pan, bring to a boil
4. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, tomato paste and mix everything thoroughly, add salt to taste
5. Cook the paste for 10-15 minutes, stirring gently, until it has the consistency of a very thick purée.
Note:
Pastry the tomatoes through a cloth.
