Parmesan dip
Parmesan dip is a quick and easy-to-make, yet extremely delicious dipping sauce for a variety of sausage dishes. By grating the wedge yourself, you get a fresh and juicy Parmesan cheese sauce that tastes much better than the dry, ready-made sauce in the shops.
Ingredients for four
100g whole Parmesan cheese* 1 tbsp;1 teaspoon white wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
*The ready-to-use parmesan spreads in the shops are usually dried out and do not fit into this recipe.
Scrape the Parmesan into a bowl. Stir in the olive oil, vinegar and pepper. Chop the onion and add to the bowl. Add a little of the green onion rings for garnish.
Stir in the cream and place in the fridge to set for a while.
