PaprikovĂ˝ pot

Pepper pot is a rather misleading term, because in this Hungarian recipe you will find, besides green peppers, also ground beef and pork, potatoes, onions … and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

350 g of ground beef and pork mixed preferably 1:1 350 g of potatoes 250 g tomatoes 100 g onions 50 g of fat 2 pcs larger green peppers 1/8 l bone broth (or water mixed with masox) pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Fry the peeled, chopped onions in a saucepan in fat
2. Add the minced meat, which we saute for a while, then add the peeled, diced potatoes, which we also saute for a while in the pot
3. In the meantime, briefly steam the tomatoes, peel off the skins, cut them into eighths and add them to the pot
5. Simmer the dish briefly for 5 minutes and serve.
