1. Wash the peppers, pat dry and cut in half. Take out the seeds and season the inside with salt, pepper and vegetarian seasoning. 2. Fry the finely chopped onion and mushrooms cut into small pieces in the oil. Remove the mixture from the heat, stir in the rice, Niva and salt to taste. 3. Fill the peppers with the stuffing, place them on a greased baking sheet, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
