Paprika soup

ingredients

5 pcs red peppers 3 tbsp butter 1 cube vegetable broth 1 liter water 1 tbsp vegeta 1 pcs chilli pepper 200 ml whipping cream 100 ml white dry wine 1 pinch ground nutmeg

1. Wash the peppers, cut them open, remove the cores and cut them into smaller pieces. Roast them on both sides in a frying pan in half the hot butter. 2. Heat the remaining butter in a saucepan, add the roasted peppers, broth and water. Let the soup simmer over medium heat until the peppers are soft. Then season it with the veggies and chillies. 3. Blend the soup with a stick blender, return to the heat, stir in the cream and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Set aside, season with wine and ground nutmeg.
