Paprika Soup

Soup prepared with cubes of colored peppers, canned peeled and chopped tomatoes, black olives, pickled white beans and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

500 g of red, yellow and green meaty peppers 125 g of English bacon 1 can white beans marinated in tomato sauce 1 can

td>peeled, sliced tomatoes 1/2 jar of black olives 700 ml water 1 tbsp olive oil 1 pk small onion black pepper salt grated hard cheese for garnish

Procedure:

1. In a pot, fry the diced bacon, pour a tablespoon of olive oil, add the finely chopped onion and fry it until golden brown
2. Add the can of diced tomatoes and halved black olives, cover with water and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 25 minutes
4. Add a can of white beans to the soup and let it cook for 5 minutes more
5. Salt and pepper the soup to taste, and garnish each serving with grated hard cheese.
