Paprika risotto with adzuki beans

180 g rice 100 g adzuki beans 1 pk onion 200 g green pepper 2 KL black sesame 10 g spring onion 1 pk chili pepper 1 clove garlic 4 dl vegetable broth 2 tbsp butter

Slice the peppers and chilli into strips

Cook the beans until tender.

Fry 1 tbsp of butter and saute the onions in it.

Add chopped peppers, chili and garlic. Stir.

Add the rice, which has been washed under running water and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add the cooked beans and stir.

gradually add the vegetable broth… Slowly, 1 ladle at a time, and wait until the broth is almost all evaporated. This makes 4 dl of broth.

Finally, stir in the black sesame seeds and 1 tbsp butter.

Before serving, sprinkle the top with spring onions and parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
