Panzanella

Panzanella, or bread salad, popular throughout Italy.

Ingredients:

150 g of dark, aged bread 150 g of tomatoes 1-2 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 bunch of parsley 5 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp wine vinegar pepper sugar salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the bread into cubes and dry fry them in a pan until golden brown
2. Add the finely chopped onion, a pinch of salt, 1/
4 teaspoons of freshly ground pepper to a bowl, pour vinegar mixed with oil, mix with a fork

Recommendation:
