4 pcs eggs 200 g plain flour 200 g powdered sugar 1 packet baking powder 100 ml oil 100 ml water 1 packet vanillin sugar cocoa raisins

This recipe has been with us for 4 generations. The dough is delicious, fluffy. Many times I use it as a cake shell.
1.
Beat the egg yolks with the icing sugar until foamy. Progressively add oil, water and flour mixed with baking powder. Lightly fold in the stiff egg whites.

Pour 3/4 of the batter into the greased and floured baking tin. Stir the cocoa powder into the rest of the batter and pour into the mould.

Then put the raisins, they can be soaked in rum.

Bake slowly in the oven until pink.

Turn out and sprinkle the cooled cake with icing sugar or chocolate.

An herbal tea is an excellent accompaniment.
