Paneer tikka masala

Canaa dart masala is a classic for Indian food lovers. It’s made with a vegetarian version of home-made cheese, paneer. It becomes quite excellent in my recipe.
Ingredients for four
300g of paneer cheese*
Masala sauce
4 cloves of garlic; 2 cm of ginger;1 tbsp jeera 1 tbsp coriander chilli to taste 1 tsp salt 1 lime juice 1 tbsp cream 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp vegetable stock 1 tbsp butter
*Tip: Paneer is an Indian mild homemade cheese. You can’t buy it in the shops, but you can substitute it with Finnish firm cream cheese or even tofu.
Shred the cheese and put it on a skewer. Take under the oven’s grill racks to quickly surface the cheese. Älä simmer as the cheese melts. If you don’t want a roasted flavour, you can skip this step.
Sprinkle with garlic and ginger. In a saucepan, fry the food. Stir in the dry spices and chilli. Squeeze the lime and pour in the tomato paste. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Add the cream and bring to the boil. Blend the masala with a hand blender until smooth. Smooth the sauce with the butter.
Stir the cheese cubes into the masala and serve.
