Paneer butter masala
Paneer butter masala is a hearty and tasty vegetarian treat that comes together really quickly in a pan. Paneer cheese can be tricky to make, but you can replace it with a tastier and firmer grilled cheese.
Ingredients for four
300g paneer or grilled cheese 200g pureed tomatoes 1 tbsp unflavoured yoghurt 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp jeera 1 tsp salt 1 to 5 chillies 1 tsp salt 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp salt 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon juiceauml;, depending on spiciness and taste 3 tbsp butter 1 tbsp food seasoning 1 tbsp chillies4 cloves of garlic; 2 cm of ginger; 2 cloves of chopped ginger; 2 cloves of garlic./strong>
1 handful of coriander 1 tbsp unflavoured yoghurt
Peel and chop the garlic cloves and ginger. Wash and chop the chillies. Dice the cheese.
Prepare a frying pan with a linguine and butter. Add the garlic and ginger.
Fry the cheese in the pan and quickly add the butter. Take care that the cheese does not melt.
Add the lemon juice and spices to the pan. Heat quickly and pour the tomato into the pan.
Once it comes to the boil, stir in a little yoghurt to break up the tomato terää and pour the paneer butter masala into a serving dish.
At the end of the pan, add the tomato and the paneer butter masala.
