Pancakes without yeast II

Recipe from Třeboň region for pancakes served with jam.

Ingredients:

4 pcs of egg 4 tablespoons of flour 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/4 l sour cream pinch of salt frying oil

Procedure:

1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whip the egg whites with a hand-held electric beater into a stiff snow
2. Beat the egg yolks and flour in the cream, add salt
3. Finally, stir in the stiff egg white snow
4. Bake the batter into large fritters in a frying pan
5. Serve hot, brushed with preserves.
