Pancakes with strawberry sauce recipe

Ingredients
4 portions have salt or oil for baking 1 pinch of salt 100 ml of water 130 g of plain flour 2 eggs 130 ml of milk 250 g of fruit, especially strawberries Yoghurt or sour cream for serving 50 g of sugar
How to prepare the recipe
1 Sift the flour with the salt in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and crack the egg into it. Gradually add the milk and water mixture and mix with a whisk until you have a liquid batter. Leave to rest for a while in a cool place.
TIP: How to store eggs
2 Preheat a small flat frying pan and grease it with a little butter or oil. Pour in a ladleful of batter and spread it around the pan in a circular motion to make a thin pancake. After a minute or so, flip it over and cook on the other side for another minute. Remove, keep warm and make another pancake. 3 Set aside some of the fruit and cook the remaining pieces with the sugar.
