Pancakes with pesto and cottage cheese

1 pk cottage cheese
Pesto:
2 cups bear garlic 1/2 cup grated parmesan 1/2 cup walnuts pk olive oil pk lemon pk salt
Pancakes:
500 ml milk 200 g semi-coarse flour 1 handful oatmeal 2 pcs egg pcs salt

Pesto: blend all the ingredients, add oil as needed, you can either blend the pesto coarsely or completely fine, as who likes it…I blend it coarsely.

Finally add a few drops of lemon and salt if needed. The pesto can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge, it will keep for a few days.

Pancakes. If necessary, add more milk or cold water and let the dough stand for at least an hour.

Bake the pancakes and alternately spread them with pesto and cottage cheese. Salt the cottage cheese only, as the pesto is strong in flavour.
5.
The top can be decorated as desired.

Serve alone or with vegetable salad.
