Pancakes with oatmeal

ingredients

150 g Emco fine oatmeal 2 pcs egg 200 ml milk 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 pinch salt a little oil

step

1. Mix the oatmeal with the milk, eggs, sugar and salt until smooth. Let it rest for a while and then add more milk, if necessary, to make the mixture slightly thick. 2. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, pour in a reasonable amount of batter and spread it all over the pan with the movement of your hand. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden and serve with fruit, honey or jam to taste.
