Pancakes with mascarpone cream

ingredients

125 g semi-coarse flour 1 pk egg 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp granulated sugar 4 tbsp oil 1 packet baking powder 150 ml milk 250 g Mascarpone cheese 2 packets vanilla sugar to taste fruit

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, egg, baking powder, milk, butter and oil. Mix into a smooth batter, which should be a little thicker than pancake batter. 2. Progressively cook the pancakes in the pan until golden, turning them over when bubbles start to form on the surface. 3. Season the mascarpone with vanilla sugar, spread it over the pancakes and top with fruit according to taste and season.
