Pancakes with cream and forest fruits recipe

Composition

6 servings 4 pcs. 2 eggs 2 tablespoons granulated sugar salt 1 cup semi-coarse flour 1 cup semi-skimmed milk 1 cup 12% cream 50 g of melted manna slo 1 cup sour cream vanilla cream 1/2 cup 1 cup wild berries icing sugar for sprinkling

Recipe preparation steps

1 In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt. Then stir in the flour.

2 Gradually add the milk and cream to the thick batter and whisk with a whisk. 3 Heat a small piece of butter in a frying pan. Add a spoonful of batter and fry the pancake on both sides. Continue in the same way until the batter runs out.
