Pancakes with cranberry jam and pineapple

20 dkg flour plain 4 dl milk 1 dl cold water 1 dl oil 1 pinch salt 2 pcs eggs 5 tbsp cranberry jam 10 cubes pineapple compote 1 packet vanillin sugar

Pancakes are a treat for the sweet tooth, but these will taste good to anyone, anytime. The batter doesn’t stick at all and you only put oil in the pan the first time. They are not sweet, you can just add vanilla sugar. This batter can also be used to make savoury pancakes, but omit the vanilla sugar. They taste best with a healthy homemade cranberry jam. Mix all the ingredients together and beat briefly with a hand whisk. Grease the pan only the first time. Bake in a well heated pan. Fill with cranberry jam, or if you fill the pancakes with cottage cheese, just garnish with cranberry jam. And you can also garnish with compote pineapple, which goes well with the cranberries.
