Cesto:
200 g plain flour 500 ml milk 2 pcs egg 2 tbsp caster sugar a little butter
Filling:
400 g soft cottage cheese 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 pk egg yolk 1 KL lemon zest to taste sugar 1 handful raisins

1. First, prepare the pancake batter by letting it sit for about 10 minutes. 2. Mix the cottage cheese with the egg yolk, sugar, lemon zest and raisins. 3. Progressively bake the pancakes in butter on both sides until golden brown. Then fill them with the cottage cheese filling and serve.
