Pancakes with cherry sauce

ingredients

10 g yeast 3 tbsp granulated sugar 300 ml milk 250 g semi-coarse flour 1 pinch salt 1 pk egg a little oil

300 g cherries a little solamyl to taste sugar a little water

1. Stir the sugar, yeast and leaven in 1/3 of the lukewarm milk and leave to rise. Mix the remaining milk with the egg and flour. Add the sourdough starter, work the dough and let it rise for a while. Then bake the dough into pancakes in a hot frying pan with a little oil. 2. Make a thick syrup in a saucepan with the sugar and a little water. Stir in the cherries and boil them a little. Finally, stir in the brine mixed with a tablespoon of water and thicken the sauce. 3. Serve the finished pancakes topped with the cherry sauce.
